The Villas at Carter Plantation
Sixty-three spacious rooms and suites situated in nine separate villas provide the perfect overnight accommodations for Carter Plantation guests. Each villa contains seven guest rooms that may be reserved either individually or in varying combinations, offering comfort, luxury, and convenience for both recreational and corporate outings.
From an executive retreat to a romantic weekend getaway or weeklong family vacations, a stay at The Villas can be customized to suit every lodging need.
Whether it's you and your foursome or you and your family, our guest villas are designed for your relaxation and enjoyment. An innovative lockout floor plan makes The Villas adaptable for almost any type of overnight stay. All or part of a villa may be occupied by your group or family, or individual suites may be reserved to accommodate a couple or a single guest. One of our experienced hospitality staff will gladly assist in tailoring your reservations to meet your lodging requirements.
Although all rooms and suites feature a complete Carter Plantation amenity package, some have fully-equipped kitchens, living and dining rooms, making them a true home away from home. For your conference or entertaining needs, both corporate and family groups will want to take advantage of the in-suite catering service which we offer in addition to conventional room service.

Golfers may browse in our well-stocked Pro Shop and enjoy the convenience of locker rooms and a covered tournament staging area. A unique feature of The Pavilion is the flexibility of its floor plan. The Atrium, a versatile 3,750 square foot space, can be used for corporate and social functions of many kinds, from banquets and receptions to larger conferences and seminars. For smaller events, in addition to a traditional conference room, other areas of The Pavilion may be adapted to satisfy your meeting or entertaining needs.
