OCEANIQUE 2008 WA PGA CHAMPIONSHIP
The Oceanique 2008 WA PGA Championship’s Australasian Tour will sport 144 Australian and International players, with $105,000 in the prize purse. This is the richest sporting event to be held in the Peel Region. The full week event includes Celebrity Pro Am, daily luncheons, The Cut Party, The Champions Cocktail Party, Music and Entertainment with each event, and four days of world class golfing action.

The NEC Master of the Amateurs now has a direct link to two of the most prestigious Amateur Championships in the United States, the Players Amateur and the Porter Cup. The champions from both American tournaments will be given an exemption into the 2009 NEC Master of the Amateurs Championship. And the exemption will be reciprocated with the winner of the 2009 NEC Master of the Amateurs “Green Jacket” able to compete in both of these highly respected Amateur events in America.
